GCA’s brief from Overbury was to convert the tender package information into a detailed design suitable to meet the discoveries made on site.

The modifications to the existing entrance were carried out whilst the access remained active. Restricting the opportunities to simplify construction, and adding complexities by having to develop a solution that could be constructed in stages.
