We design surface water and foul drainage, highways , complete flood risk assessments, offer pre-planning advice, and can obtain Section Agreements including S278, S106, S104.

We support a broad range of educational, commercial, retail, public sector and residential schemes designed to local and national design standards.

We provide advice for site acquisition, pre-purchase and pre-planning, through to the detailed design of drainage and highway schemes at all scales.

Our services cover everything from surveys of existing sites, and the repair of defective road and drainage networks, through to the development of new greenfield and brownfield sites.

We have particular specialisms in residential sites, and logistics centres and industrial projects.

We adopt a hands-on approach towards difficult and challenging projects. Our team of Chartered Engineers are highly experienced in tackling building and construction problems and providing best practice solutions.

GCA provide a crucial link to the statutory authorities including Highways authorities, water authorities, the Environment Agency and others as required.
