Before purchasing a site, GCA can assess the risks and opportunities, including the need for Section Approvals. Where these are required, we can provide early advice on the potential challenges associated with a site.

Obtaining section approvals

Section approvals can take significant time, and extensive liaison with Local Authorities to obtain, and GCA are experienced in the negotiations and discussions required to obtain such approvals. We aim to minimise the cost and risk involved in obtaining Section approvals, by ensuring early engagement with the Local Authority wherever possible.
