GCA provided detailed Structural and Civil Engineering design for this 16 plot housing development in Newbold.

We provided full Civil Engineering design including Drainage and Highways across the 0.75 hectare site. We worked closely with the design team at preplanning stage to optimise the layout of the houses, and carefully coordinate ground levels to avoid retaining structures. GCA also led the statutory engagement, obtaining the necessary highways and drainage section agreements and designing diversions of existing below ground public drainage.
